If you need experience and tenacity of a bull dog this team is it.  Sam is so sweet, caring and kept us informed of every update.  She never made us feel like dealing with us was a chore.  I can only say I feel like she is now a friend.  My situation was awful, we had so many offers and then something would happen and then no sale.  At no time did Sam or Dave every allow us to think it was impossible.

My experience in selling my home and doing a short sale was probably not unique when it came to dealing with the bank & FHA.  However, I was very lucky to have Dave and Sam on my side.  From the start, Dave provided honest advice and explained the entire process to me.  He answered my questions and responded promptly.  When Sam got involved and worked to get all the necessary paperwork, not only only did Sam pressure the bank to approve the sale, but she served as the voice for my side.  She dealt with my ex-husband, fielded bank inquiries, and answered any questions or concerns I had.  I was treated by both Dave and Sam with the utmost respect and I never felt out of the loop on anything.  They are a real life dynamic duo who shouldered the majority of the house selling stress and short sale for me.  I will forever be grateful to have had these two patient, knowledgeable, thorough and and all-around great individuals help sell my house.  I will recommend them to anyone I know who will be looking to buy or sell a home.  I couldn’t have done it without them!
