If you need experience and tenacity of a bull dog this team is it. Sam is so sweet, caring and kept us informed of every update. She never made us feel like dealing with us was a chore. I can only say I feel like she is now a friend. My situation was awful, we had so many offers and then something would happen and then no sale. At no time did Sam or Dave every allow us to think it was impossible.
We were always kept abreast of everything that Dave was trying. He never stopped trying when he told us “I will sell your house.” I was worried he would not be able to, however sell it he did. We were amazed at how well we were treated.
