Dave and Sam O’Donnell were with us from start to finish on the purchase of our home in Delaware. My Husband and I say over and over that they were so great to have as Realtors and resources that if we ever needed to use a Realtor again without a doubt we would give them a call. We needed to rehab and resell a home from a 1,000 miles away.  Obviously, we were in fear of being taken advantage of.  Dave & Sam O’Donnell were totally upfront, efficient, and very astute about laws & requirements.  They found proficient subs for the job & were on top of the project on a daily basis.  They were always available to answer questions & keep us advised of progress with photos.  They definitely treated the project as if it were their own.  After rehab, Dave did a terrific job of marketing & selling the property promptly.  We not only recommend them but would be happy to enter additional projects with them in the future.  It is always a joy to work with honest & ethical people.

Sam and Dave are wonderful Realtors, who made the buying process easy, fought to get me the lowest price, and helped get all the fixes that the house required. They did not stop after I bought the house either, they continued helping me anything I need. As a young and novice buyer, I could not have been happier with this team and the support they provided me through the whole process. They set me up with a great inspector, who found issue with the house I did not see and then Sam and Dave made sure the seller got them fixed. They also set me up with a great mortgage company that was nothing but helpful. It has been nearly three months and Bernie still helps me with any issue with paper work or questions I have about the mortgage. Sam and Dave made sure that the process went smoothly and was non-stressful. I would recommend them to anyone I know buying or selling a house.

Based on research and recommendations from others, Team O’Donnell was our first choice to represent us as our realtors.  We had a tough relocation move coming with each of us in separate states.  There were tight deadlines and corporate guidelines.  However, Team O’Donnell makes you feel like friends while still keeping things professional.  They answer your questions truthfully without sugar coating, but at the same time they help you to feel that everything will work out.  Anytime we had a question, they were quick to respond.  They helped us through appraisals, pricing and negotiating.  Our home had 5 offers by the night after the first open house.  In the end, our 1971 home went for an all cash offer 10K above asking price.  Even after the offer was in, Dave and Sam continued to guide us through the process.  We were very pleased with Team O’Donnell’s work and would highly recommend them to anyone. Feel free to share our comments.

We met Dave randomly at an open house he was listing. We pulled up thinking we had 45 minutes left based on times we saw online. However, the open house times we saw were wrong and Dave was closing the house up. He not only decided to let us in, but also took an additional 45-60 minutes of his time to talk in detail to us about the property. While we didn’t end up making an offer on that property, we did make a decision to work with Dave moving forward in our search. It was the best decision we could have made! Over a 3 month span (roughly) Dave and his wife Sam, also a realtor, showed us about 25 different properties. They were responsive to EVERY listing we had interest in. Some days we sent a text and within minutes we got a response and 9/10 times we were in that particular house later that day or at the latest the next day. You can tell they truly love what they do and they give you a no pressure feel and understand that this will be the largest purchase you will probably make in your lifetime.
