I started my real estate career in 2004 buying and renovating homes throughout northern Delaware, while I was still working full time as a software project manager for MBNA. My passion for real estate investing led me to make the jump into real estate full time as a licensed agent in 2006, and I never looked back. I found that my 18 years as a project manager, first in the United States Air Force and then in the software industry, served my clients well. I was able to help our buyers and sellers navigate the ups and downs of the market and come out on top. When the real estate market crashed in 2008, we became the go-to team for negotiating short sales and helped well over a 100 homeowners avoid foreclosure. Since then, my amazing wife and business partner, Sam, got her license and we’ve continued to grow our business.
We focus primarily in the areas surrounding Middletown, Newark and Bear, but cover all of northern and central Delaware. Our mission is to provide our clients with a First Class real estate experience in an industry that often falls short.
